What is a HOA?A homeowners' association (abbrev. HOA) is the legal entity created by a real estate developer for the purpose of developing, managing and selling a community of homes. It is given the authority to enforce the covenants, conditions, and restrictions (CC&Rs) and to manage the common amenities of the development.
 
Most homeowners' associations are non-profit corporations, and are subject to state statutes that govern non-profit corporations and homeowners' associations.

You need to contact the Architectural Committee by visiting our Committee Page to discuss proposed changes to your property.

4.      Can I get a copy of a past newsletter?
Yes, we are now archiving Ashley Forest Newsletters. You can retrieve a newsletter by visiting our Newsletter Page.
   
5.      When are dues collected, and how much?
The current annual dues are $175.00 per year. Payment is due to the AFHOA annually between Jan 1 and Mar 31.  After March 31 a late fee is assessed.  If you have further questions such as dues on a home that is for sale in Ashley Forest, please go to The Board Page 
   
6.      How do I get more information about becoming a volunteer for the Ashley Forest Community and Board?
